Clent Care Coordinator

Inspection Gator is seeking a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Wake Village, TX.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing thoughtful customer service, coordinating schedules accurately, and supporting clients through time-sensitive decisions.

This position is primarily inbound, focused on actively listening to clients, coordinating inspector schedules efficiently, entering information accurately, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience from first contact through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming client calls

• Coordinate schedules for multiple inspectors with accuracy and attention to detail

• Explain available inspection services clearly so clients can make informed decisions

• Enter and maintain accurate client, property, and scheduling information

• Manage multiple active orders while maintaining organization and follow-through

• Complete follow-up communication with clients and real estate professionals

• Document interactions and collaborate closely with inspectors and internal team members

• Work efficiently between scheduling software, email, web-based tools, and other computer applications throughout the day

• Clients feel informed, supported, and confident

• Inspector schedules and client information are accurate

• Communication is clear, calm, professional, and dependable

• Multiple tasks and active orders are managed without losing track of important details

• The coordinator is reliable, prepared, and present each workday

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience

• 5+ years of professional phone experience

• Moderate computer proficiency and keyboarding skills are required

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs, browser tabs, email, files, and web-based software

• Ability to enter information accurately and efficiently

• Ability to multi-task and problem solve. 

• Ability to learn new software and systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Dependable, punctual, and accountable

Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Professional Home Inspector in Texas – Full Time

Inspection Gator is looking for full-time or part-time experienced and newly licensed Home Inspector to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a team player that is professional and has excellent communication and people skills, well organized, comfortable with technology, and detail-oriented. While a licensed inspector is preferred, we know there could be the perfect candidate who is ready and willing to complete the schooling requirements to become licensed. We openly entertain the right candidate at either stage of the journey.
