FAQs

The purchase of a home is frequently the biggest investment a person will ever make. So it’s crucial to have the house visually evaluated both inside and out for possibly expensive flaws. Despite being thorough, the inspection is technically not exhaustive because it is solely visual.

On average it takes one inspector 2-3 hours to complete an inspection on a standard single-family home. If the home is larger, there is more than one inspector present, or it’s a commercial inspection, then the time for completion will vary.

Absolutely! We will provide you with a detailed report after the inspection. We try our best to get those to you within 24-48 hours after the inspection was done.

The homeowner or buyer is normally responsible for covering the costs of an inspection. Payment is due before an inspector comes to the property.

A home inspection is a visual examination of the accessible areas of a house, performed by a qualified inspector. The inspector looks for any problems that could affect the value of the house or cause future problems for the homeowners.

Our inspectors cannot provide cost estimates on items in need of repairs as they are not contractors. We recommend that you get in touch with a few different contractors to get estimates on the repairs that need to be made.

Reports vary from one inspector to another. You can view our sample reports here.
